Dr. Sarah Kranz-Ciment, PT, DPT, MA,
Dr. Sarah Kranz-Ciment, PT, DPT, MA, is a dedicated physical therapist and a 15-year advocate for disability inclusion. As the founder and Executive Director of Friendship Circle of Virginia, she cultivates an inclusive community. Sarah serves on the Virginia State Board for People with Disabilities and the Disability Board for Jewish Federations of North America. A native of Richmond, VA, Dr. Kranz-Ciments’ background is in early childhood education. She graduated summa cum laude with her doctoral degree in physical therapy from Touro College, New York. She resides in Richmond, VA, with her husband and five children.

Leah Bergovoy
Leah Bergovoy is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in special education and parent advocacy. With a background in education, having studied in Montreal, she has worked closely with families, educators, and school leadership, often bridging the gap between parents and providers to navigate complex challenges and support meaningful progress.
As Executive Director Florida at New Patterns ABA, Leah leads the growth and development of services across the state, building strong community relationships and expanding access to care for the families she serves. She resides in South Florida with her husband and children.

Miriam Herzog
My name is Miriam Herzog, and I am the Administrative Director at New Patterns ABA. With eight years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I am passionate about supporting families of children with autism. Over the years, I have successfully coordinated services for hundreds of families, while also working closely with providers to ensure they have the resources and guidance needed to deliver high-quality care. My focus is on fostering positive change and providing both families and providers with the tools to thrive. I am dedicated to helping children and their families make meaningful progress, driven by compassion and commitment.
